My Story

Early stage sales is a vital part of any company looking to grow. In order to scale past founder-led sales and reach your long term goals as a founder, it's important to put a proven process and structure in place for someone else to execute on. I've lived this 4x and have successfully put these processes in place to get desirable outcomes for founders (raising capital, acquisition, increasing growth rate, etc.). I started RN Consulting to help more founders & companies find this success.

Fractional CRO Services

A lot of early stage SaaS companies need help setting up the initial processes and structure in order to efficiently scale their sales and marketing efforts to desired results. We bring in a seasoned sales leader that can be an extension of your team for four to six months to get all this in place for you.

GTM Audit

This is a full audit on the marketing and sales process to understand what it working and what needs some adjustment. The main deliverable is a full write up of all the systems and recommendations on how to move forward after a two to three month period working togehter.

GTM Assessment

This is meant to be a lightweight marketing and sales audit that is performed more through phone calls and coaching sessions. The idea is for this to be flexible in nature and can be a set number of calls or more ad hoc over a period of time to guide you to your early successes.

Sales Ops & Outbound Setup

Sales ops is one of the most vital components of a growing sales organization. Understanding how leads are being funneled in the pipeline to how the CRM is working for you can provide metrics that help you scale over time and make the right decisions long term. Getting this setup early and maintaining it is something we have a lot of experience in!
